Employees of the Yeongwol Plant participated in a kimchi-sharing volunteer activity titled “Happiness Doubles When Kimchi Is Made and Shared Together” on November 5, delivering homemade kimchi to underprivileged members of the local community.

Held at Cheongsong Hall in Hanbando-myeon, the event brought together employees of the Yeongwol Plant along with members of the Hanbando Love Volunteer Group and other local organizations. Participants took part in the entire process, from preparing and making approximately 600 kg of kimchi to packaging and distributing it to households in need.

Plant Manager Heo Gwon-hoe stated, “We hope that this kimchi, made with care and sincerity, will bring comfort and serve as a warm beginning for those who receive it,” adding, “We will continue to carry out activities that fulfill our social responsibilities.”
