On last November 25, Hanil Holdings CO. held the 58th temporary general meeting for shareholders to approve the case of change in the terms and condition due to stock division as proposed initially. The division ratio is 5:1 and depending on the division results, the total number of shares is changed from 5,763,156 to 28,815,780.
